I am a dedicated yoga teacher who has made the leap to follow what truly lights me up. My aim is to share the transformative benefits of both the physical and mental aspects of yoga, empowering and educating you to live your life with a greater sense of kalm.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Yoga has been there for me when I needed it most.
Earlier this year, I took a three-month sabbatical to pause and reflect. I ended up doing my yoga teaching training at All Yoga. Ashtanga.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years, a journey that began as a personal pursuit and has since blossomed into my true passion. I studied Biology at the University of Bristol and spent a few years working in the corporate world in London, specialising in healthcare PR and communications for pharmaceutical companies.

When I returned, I realised I wanted more — more meaning, more passion, and a deeper connection to what I do. So, I took the leap: I left my corporate career behind and dove headfirst into yoga, dedicating myself to building something meaningful and authentic.
At Kalm with Katie, my mission is to offer mindful, meaningful yoga experiences that help quiet the mind and restore the body — honoring ancient traditions while grounding each practice in modern science. My classes are thoughtfully designed to provide relaxation, thoughtful challenge, deeper education, and, ultimately, a lasting sense of kalm.
